Senior Application Analyst -
Need: 1 Location Rongcheng,Shandong Emolument Negotiable Availability Date 2012-1-1 Relevant work experience and skill requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 years application implementation and support experience on software development in a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong technical knowledge in application development using Visual Studio.net tool, Oracle 11g , SQL Server 2005/2008, Crystal Reports.
3. Knowledge of programming, engineering practices, network infrastructure, and data communication are a definite plus.
4. Be familiar with MS SharePoint development.
5. Good communication skill.
6. Interface program experience with ERP or MES.Responsibilities / Benefits / Working Environment
1. Consults with customers in cross-functional areas to identify business needs and to facilitate agreement between functional areas. Assists customers in developing and documenting well-defined requirements to meet those needs and understand the cost or value to the organization of meeting the requirement.
2. Responsible for requirement definition, solution design, configuration and testing.
3. Work with the end-users to ensure that all problems, either system or process related are resolved to an agreed standard.
4. Maintain scanning device , Industry PC and Server
5. Develop manufacturing execution reporting and BI reporting
6. Perform database backup and performance tuning.

Electrical Engineer -
Need: 3 Location Rongcheng,Shandong Emolument Negotiable Availability Date 2011-9-8 Relevant work experience and skill requirements
1) Need 1~2 years related working experience, tire industrial experience is preferred
2) Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Electrical Engineering
3)Must be fluent in both English and Chinese
4) Be willing to travel as required
5) Could work under press
6) Utilize AutoCAD, where possible, for preparation of drawings
Responsibilities / Benefits / Working Environment
1) Develop complete project engineering packages for the machinery/systems and coordinate all activities for their completion and installation.
2) Provide engineering support and expertise in a professional manner to all segments of the organization as required to facilitate production, install and debug equipment and systems and improve efficiency of operations.
3) Provide technical leadership as one of Cooper's key electrical controls engineers. Define programming specifications, designs and operational methods for new equipment to be used by vendors.
4) Generate all system software which will primarily include PLC ladder logic as well as motion control and operator interface software.
5) Obtain bids; prepare cost estimates, purchase requisitions and work requests; establish schedules.
